First Ave Chat (FAC) is your neighborhood hub for connection at 75 W. 1st Avenue, Vancouver. Until now, tenants had no easy way to share updates, tackle building issues, or just strike up a friendly chat without relying on hallway run-ins. FAC changes that—giving us a space to swap ideas, solve problems together, and build community beyond chance encounters.
